Crack-the-Code® After-School Program Terms of Services I am the parent or legal Guardian for the registered student. I understand that I am registering for Crack-the-Code®, an after-school program offered by an Omega Learning® franchised center. This program registration only applies to the specific location and dates/times provided. This program registration must be completed Online. Offline registrations are not accepted. All credit and debit card transactions are processed through Omega Learning® Center's merchant card service provider. Once processed, no refunds will be provided. There are no make-up sessions offered, nor monetary credits issued, for missed classes mid-course. If your student withdraws from the semester prior to the program start date, you may receive program credit for the subsequent program offered at the same venue. Check with your individual Center Director. I understand promotional photographs and/or videos may be taken during the program. I grant permission to Omega Learning® Center and its Franchisor the unrestricted right to publish and/or post a photograph(s) and/or video(s) taken of me and/or my child at Crack-the-Code®. I understand that the image/video may only be used for the sole purpose of promoting Omega Learning® Center's products and services and may appear in print circulation, on Omega's program websites, social media pages, and Omega's YouTube Channel. I waive my right to any compensation for use of the images/video. I hereby release Omega Learning® Center for all liability relating to the specific images or videos taken during Crack-the-Code®. Crack-the-Code® is a program offered by individual franchised Omega Learning® Centers, Crack-the-Code® is a trademark of Omega Learning® Franchisor.
